If, within the 30-day trial period, the product is found to have manufacturing defects, faults, or performance-related issues, customers may request a return in accordance with this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The issue must be related to a defect, fault, or functional problem with the product.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned with all original components and accessories.

Return Process

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not be covered.
  • Products returned outside the 30-day trial period are not eligible under this policy.

Velaire reserves the right to inspect returned products to confirm eligibility under this trial policy.
